That's great...but a quick Google search resulted in dozens of local marketing agencies all claiming to be the best in town! How do you know which one is telling the truth, or which one is right for you?
The truth is that there's no "perfect" marketing agency out there (although we try), and different agencies are a better fit for various clients. Businesses of all sizes and industries hire marketing agencies, ranging from large corporations with sizeable in-house marketing teams to locally owned restaurants.
The key is figuring out which agency fits YOUR brand and can meet YOUR specific needs. We'll help guide you through this process with seven tips for choosing the right marketing agency!
1) Identify your specific needs
What types of services do you need? Do you need a website, logo, or social media management? Different agencies specialize in specific areas, so knowing exactly what you need is an excellent way to narrow down your options.
2) Determine your budget/price range
Marketing agencies come with a wide variety of price tags for their services. Figure out how much you're willing to spend on each service you need and then compare your options in that price range. Just remember that the cheapest option isn't always the best choice and that it might be worth it to spend a little more money for better results.
3) Choose the best value
Once you know your price range, it's essential for you to compare the VALUE provided by each agency. The cheapest agency might come with a low price tag, but a slightly more expensive option might offer much more value to your company.
The most expensive agency in your price range might provide the best quality work, but you might be able to find similar quality for much cheaper. We encourage you to focus on VALUE for your money spent rather than just prices.
4) Find an agency that speaks your language
The agency you choose is going to be representing your brand, so you want to make sure they are on the same page as your brand when it comes to their writing style. A young, hipster-y agency might have a perfect brand voice for local cafes, while an old-fashioned, traditional agency would be an ideal fit for a B2B manufacturing company.

Any agency can claim to be the best at what they do, but actions speak much louder than words. Look for case studies that show measurable results, as well as legitimate
